Yep, I was right—it’s just as painful every time I watch the fifth episode. And I am going to hold a grudge against bass fishing for the rest of my life.

I left the house to meet with some friends tonight and didn’t catch the final episode this time around, but I’m hoping Chuck and Caitilin still won. I love Mindi to pieces, but Chuck really needs the money more for the sake of his student loans. Plus he’s a better kisser. (Admittedly, I only got a kiss on the cheek from Mindi at the end of our date, so he got some bonus points there.)

I’m afraid the WB won’t be replaying the Aftermath—if you didn’t catch it back in July, you might never get to see me dragging Richard up off the floor after he was ravaged by Lauren or the never-before-seen clip of me admitting “[girl push-ups] are probably the only kind I can do nowadays.” If I had my say in the matter… well, Beauty and the Geek would already be out on DVD, but it seems the production people don’t listen to someone with such a biased point of view. Bastards…

So now it’s time to look forward… to the future! Season 2 lies in waiting, ready for public consumption. And if it sucks, I guess my next “TV dinner” may involve chewing up a 24? hi-def screen…
